Civcon is delivering Stage 2 of the chilled water and heating water pipework replacement at Curtin University for RPS, taking the design from 30 per cent through to 100 per cent detailed design and construction.

Scope of works

Scope of works

  • Design development from 30 per cent to 100 per cent detailed design
  • Excavation and trenching in Areas 3 and 4, near buildings and tree root zones
  • Network drain-down using confirmed operational isolation valves
  • Removal of redundant pipework and installation of new pipework
  • Protection of existing vegetation, with replacement where removal is required
