Project overview

Civcon were engaged by Peritas on behalf of MGP Property to deliver the Lot 40 & Lot 300 Verna Ct Subdivision project in Cockburn Central.

The project comprised the development of a 46-lot residential subdivision, including bulk earthworks, underground services installation, roadworks, drainage infrastructure and associated landscaping. The works also involved significant importation of fill material (over 30,000 tonnes) and construction of key drainage infrastructure to manage site groundwater conditions.

  • Stormwater drainage works, including Stormtrap installation
