Civcon is delivering the concrete works package for the relocation of Security Gate 3 at Geraldton Port for Mid West Ports Authority, part of the ongoing program of access and security upgrades across the operational port.

Scope of works

  • Traffic management
  • New concrete footings for the boom gate, sliding gate, receiver post, control panel and communications cubicle
  • Installation of conduits
  • Removal of redundant footings
  • Reinforced concrete heavy vehicle crossover, and removal of the existing crossover
  • Retaining wall infill and reinstatement of surrounding areas
