The project

Project overview

Civcon were awarded this contract to undertake civil rehabilitation works along Waratah Avenue, Dalkeith extending from Adelma Road roundabout to Alexander Road roundabout. The works were aimed at addressing structural cracking and surface oxidation that had occurred due to the aging of the road, while simultaneously enhancing the aesthetic of this popular street. Regular communications throughout the project to the City of Nedlands, affected residents and businesses in relation to works and potential issues, were conducted via letter drop and/or email. This allowed for all stakeholders to be aware of upcoming works and to communicate and cater for access requirements of affected businesses and residents.
