Discovery Holiday Parks has engaged Civcon to design and construct the infrastructure supporting the Woodman Point redevelopment, progressing the supplied 50 per cent Issued for Tender design through to Issued for Construction.

  • Design coordination and approvals
  • Bulk earthworks, civil and stormwater works
  • Site access
  • Electrical, hydraulic, fire, mechanical and communications infrastructure
  • Landscaping
  • Construction and fit-out of repurposed heritage bunkers
  • New park reception and refurbishment of the Park Manager's residence
  • Servicing infrastructure for cabins, the water park, swimming pool and park amenities
